1. What the app is

Sijil Baiti helps you keep your home's invoices, warranties, contracts, maintenance and bills in one place on your phone. It is free to use and needs no account.

2. Your data stays yours

Your records are stored on your device. You are responsible for keeping a backup (Settings → Export) and for what you enter. Deleting the app or clearing its storage deletes your records.

3. AI reading and summaries

AI reading of invoices and contracts, and the “Something broke?” guide, can make mistakes. Always check the result. Contract summaries and claim letters are information only, not legal, insurance or engineering advice.

4. Reminders

Reminders depend on your phone's notification settings and may not arrive if notifications are blocked or the device is off. Do not rely on the app alone for legal or payment deadlines.

5. Third parties

Phone numbers, shops, insurers and other businesses shown in the app belong to their owners. Sample data in the demo home is fictional. We are not responsible for services you buy from third parties.

6. Changes and contact

We may update the app and these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Questions: hello@sijilbaiti.com. These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
