Sijil Baiti ("the app") is published by Marwan Osman Mohamed Ali Osman ("we"), Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This policy explains what the app does with your information, in line with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
Everything you add stays on your own device, in the app's local storage: your items and invoice photos, warranty dates, your home profile (name, district, city), your hidden-defects policy details, contracts you upload with their pages and summaries, and contacts you add. We have no accounts and no server-side database of your data, and we cannot see it.
Only when you choose to scan an invoice or read a contract, and after you agree on the consent screen, the image(s) or PDF are sent over an encrypted connection to our reading service, which passes them to Google's Gemini AI model to extract the details and returns the result to your device. When you use "Something broke", your short problem description and the item name are sent the same way. Google processes this content under the Gemini API terms. You can always type the details in by hand instead.
Our reading service does not store your images, documents or results; it keeps only an anonymous daily counter per connection (and a random install code) to limit abuse, which expires after 2 days.
Delete any item or contract inside the app, use More → Erase everything on this device, or uninstall the app. Because we hold no copy, deletion on your device is complete. Use More → Export backup if you want a copy first; a backup file contains your data, so keep it private.
Unless you switch it off in Settings, the app sends simple counts such as “the app was opened” or “a bill was added”. Each count is only the event name and the day. It carries no name, phone number, device ID, item, amount or anything about your home, and it cannot be linked back to you. Reminders, maintenance, bills and spending are calculated on your phone.
No ads and no tracking, and we never sell or share your data. Calls, WhatsApp messages and emails you start from the app go directly from your phone to the number you chose. Camera access is used only when you choose to photograph a document.

تطبيق «سجل بيتي» يصدره مروان عثمان محمد علي عثمان في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية. توضح هذه السياسة كيف يتعامل التطبيق مع بياناتك وفق نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية.
كل ما تضيفه يبقى على جهازك فقط: الأغراض وصور الفواتير وتواريخ الضمان وبيانات بيتك ووثيقة العيوب الخفية والعقود التي ترفعها مع صفحاتها وملخصاتها والأرقام التي تضيفها. لا توجد حسابات ولا قاعدة بيانات لبياناتك على خوادمنا، ولا نستطيع الاطلاع عليها.
فقط عندما تختار مسح فاتورة أو قراءة عقد، وبعد موافقتك في شاشة الموافقة، تُرسل الصور أو ملف PDF عبر اتصال مشفّر إلى خدمة القراءة لدينا، التي تمررها إلى نموذج Gemini للذكاء الاصطناعي من Google لاستخراج البيانات، ثم تعود النتيجة إلى جهازك. وعند استخدام «شي خربان؟» يُرسل وصف المشكلة واسم الغرض بنفس الطريقة. تعالج Google هذا المحتوى وفق شروط Gemini API. ويمكنك دائماً إدخال البيانات يدوياً بدلاً من ذلك.
خدمة القراءة لا تحفظ صورك أو مستنداتك أو النتائج، وتحتفظ فقط بعدّاد يومي مجهول الهوية لكل اتصال (ورمز تثبيت عشوائي) للحد من إساءة الاستخدام، ويُحذف بعد يومين.
احذف أي غرض أو عقد من داخل التطبيق، أو استخدم «المزيد ← مسح كل شيء من هذا الجهاز»، أو احذف التطبيق. لأننا لا نحتفظ بأي نسخة، فالحذف من جهازك نهائي. صدّر نسخة احتياطية أولاً إن أردت، وحافظ عليها لأنها تحتوي بياناتك.
ما لم توقفها من الإعدادات، يرسل التطبيق أعداداً بسيطة مثل «انفتح التطبيق» أو «انضافت فاتورة». كل عدّ هو اسم الحدث واليوم فقط، بدون اسم أو رقم جوال أو معرّف للجهاز أو أي غرض أو مبلغ أو معلومة عن بيتك، ولا يمكن ربطه بك. التذكيرات والصيانة والفواتير والمصاريف تُحسب على جوالك.
لا إعلانات ولا تتبع، ولا نبيع بياناتك أو نشاركها. المكالمات ورسائل واتساب والبريد التي تبدأها من التطبيق تذهب مباشرة من جوالك إلى الرقم الذي تختاره. تُستخدم الكاميرا فقط عندما تختار تصوير مستند.
